Refund/ Retum Policy

At dodgethemall, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, our hassle-free return process ensures a seamless resolution.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Timeframe: Request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Proof: Include your order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale items (marked "SALE" or "CLEARANCE").
Customized or personalized products.
Damaged items due to misuse (see Section 4).


2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email dodgethemall@outlook.com with:

Your order number.
Product name and reason for return.
Preferred resolution (refund or exchange).


Wait for Approval: We’ll email a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions within 48 hours.
Ship the Item:

Pack securely with the RA number visible.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable service

 


3. Refund Processing

Timeline: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Method: Refunds go to the original payment method ( credit card, PayPal).
Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Contact us first to confirm stock. If unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.


5. International Returns

Customs Fees: Return shipments may incur customs duties; these are your responsibility.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof.
We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
